We will arrange for the delivery of the Goods to the address specified in the quotation, your order or to another location as agreed in writing.

​Carriage or delivery charges are based on deliveries to the UK Mainland unless otherwise specified.

If you do not specify a delivery address or if we both agree, you must collect the Goods from our premises.

We aim to despatch all items with a courier service on a 7-10 day turnaround. If you need the items sooner, please contact us (Priority charges may apply) .

Items over 1.2 m’s will be sent on a pallet and with a courier service. Fees are calculated according to weight and number. If you have more than 4 items to order – contact us for a bespoke quote. We would be happy to help with the carriage charges!
Inspection and Acceptance of Goods

You must inspect the Goods on delivery or collection.

If you identify any damages or shortages, you must inform us in writing within 7 days of delivery, providing details.

Other than by agreement, we will only accept returned Goods if we are satisfied that those Goods are defective and if required, have carried out an inspection.

Subject to your compliance with this clause and/or our agreement, you may return the Goods and we will, as appropriate, repair, or replace, or refund the Goods or part of them.

Where the Goods are deemed to have a manufacturing fault, the cost of return of the Goods will fall to us.

Acceptance of the Goods will be deemed to be upon inspection of them by you and in any event within 7 days after delivery/collection.

Unwanted Goods are expected to be returned in their original packaging and should be returned within 30 days; 20% re-stocking charge on returns will usually apply, but this will be handled on a case-by-case basis and may depend on the Goods being returned.

For items sent on a pallet, we request they be returned on a pallet to minimise carrier damage.

Items delivered must be checked for damages and/or aesthetic imperfections BEFORE installation. Installed items are deemed to be ‘accepted’ and are non-returnable.

Made-to-order items are non-returnable.

Any discrepancies with orders (size, finish, quantity, etc.) should be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

Please check your delivery carefully. If you notice any signs of damage to the items or packaging, please sign for the goods as ‘damaged’ as a precaution and report this to Yorkshire Radiators immediately (no claims can be made with our courier after 24 hours following delivery of the Goods).

In the event that a product needs to be replaced due to a manufacturing fault, the replacement will be considered chargeable until the faulty item is returned to Yorkshire Radiators, at which time a credit note will be raised against the value of the replacement.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
