· Due to the fragile nature of the product, items will need to be returned in their Original packaging, still wrapped in the protective bubble wrap and the Cardboard outer layer unripped or damaged and taped. 

· At 20% restock charge will apply to cover the costs of collection and checking. 

· Items delivered must be checked for damages and or imperfections before installation. 

· Installed items are non-returnable. 

· Made to order Electric Products are non-returnable.

At YR we make radiator care our top priority. Thats why all our radiators are delivered in house by our own team.  Please note we currently only delivery in Yorkshire. 

We do not currently install our radiators.
